‘Pontiac’ Arrowhead Long Dresser / Sideboard

A Stunning vintage Mid-Century dresser with striking 3 dimensional sculptural door fronts. Four graphic architectural arrowheads extend from top to bottom on the two doors that make up the right half; balanced by the three drawers on the left with arrowhead pulls that echo the motif. The walnut is a deep warm and rich tone with flowing dynamic grain figuring. The whole piece comes together supported by sculptural arrowhead shaped legs and topped with a dark lustrous black laminate. It affords considerable storage with 6 deep drawers. We call this the Pontiac arrowhead dresser since it is reminiscent of the Pontiac auto symbol and likely from the same period, (late 50’s-early 60’s). Just like the Pontiac emblem it is bold, graphic and to the point, (pun intended).
