We are pleased to offer this beautiful and very comfortable Danish Modern sofa by Grete Jalk for France & Sons. The frame of the sofa is solid teak.
The six cushions & padded arms are upholstered in gray fabric with flecks of colors in the weave. The back of the sofa is formed by slats, which make it supportive of the body, as well as being perfectly appropriate for placement in the middle of a room. Giving the sofa extra comfort is a thick layer of coils sandwiched between the fabric covering under the cushions. This gives the seat a bouncy, springy quality so that you can sit on it for hours very comfortably.
The whole look of the piece is timeless and of understated elegance, so that it could be right at home in many styles of room to provide a lift of modernism.
