This beautiful table holds a surprise. Pull open the center by pulling from either end. Stored within is a leaf that you pull up and open out to expand the table on those occasions when you need to seat up to 10 people. This is an English Modern table, made of walnut with beautiful construction. The walnut has aged to a mellow honey color. The legs are near the corners making it easier for people seated on the long sides. This table is sized nicely — not too small, not to large — making it just right for many dining rooms.
