We are very proud to offer this extraordinary Danish Modern teak table, designed by Paul Cadovius. Rectangular, it expands by pulling out a 23.5″ leaf at either end from under the top of the table, eliminating the need to find storage space elsewhere in your home for the leaves. Whether you entertain often or need full-house seating only on special occasions and major holidays, this table will serve your needs elegantly.
As is, at 59.5″, the table is comfortable for four yet still compact enough for an urban apartment or smaller space. When fully expanded with both leaves extended, the table becomes a whopping 106.25″ and can easily seat ten people.
The details of the table are very refined and elegant: the turned legs appear long and lean because the apron below the top surface virtually disappears, making it seem to float above the legs. The teak is honey-colored and simply glows. Imagine it set with your beautiful tableware, candles lit and your loved ones seated around it — many memorable evenings will happen around this table!
