These Danish Modern chairs are worth a second look. At first they appear to be typical dining chairs with a two-bar back and upholstered seat. However, careful examination reveals how different these chairs are.
The frame of the chair is thick solid teak and the seat upholstered with its original oatmeal tweed upholstery. Look closely though and you see that the bars forming the backrest with the rest of the frame thicker than most, making it visually interesting as well as sturdy. The teak has aged to a glorious deep, rich tone. Combined with impeccable craftsmanship, these are the qualities you want in a chair.
