We are pleased to offer this magnificent set of 10 Danish Modern dining chairs, designed in teak by Borge Mogensen for Søborg Møbelfabrik.
This model harkens back to traditional Danish chair forms but clearly has lines that speak to the new (at the time) modernist forms that were springing forth from Denmark. The set has two arm chairs and eight side chairs, and each features handwoven paper cord seats. The teak has aged to a glorious dark patina, the result of 60+ years.
