This beautiful chair with a caned back, is attributed to Swedish Modern Master, Folke Ohlsson, for DUX. Seen in profile, the chair has gracious lines. There are deep cushions for the seat and back, which are upholstered in sunflower yellow. You can opt to use the chair without the back cushion so the caning is more visible.
The hit Show Mad Men, had several of these high-styled chairs in the office of the lead character, Don Draper. The chairs were often seen in the early episodes, especially among the first two seasons.
