Mid Century Modern ‘Biomorphic’ Shaped Walnut Desk

Here is an interesting mid-century desk with two-drawers, a floating top design and a table surface with a biomorphic shape. The beautiful grain of the walnut has been carefully placed on the top for maximum effect. The two drawers sit within the frame of the piece created by the legs and the stretcher bar across the bottom.

Each drawer has a simple offset brass handle, and the edge of the table top is lighter in color to emphasize the floating design. The desk is finished on the back making it able to be placed in the center of a room.
