If you are seeking a compact and stylish sideboard / bar cabinet in the mid-century style, we offer this cabinet for your consideration. It offers plentiful storage yet has a smaller footprint making it ideal for urban homes. A door on the left opens to a deep cubby space with one shelf. The other two-thirds of the front features three drawers with small chrome knobs — a shallow one, a double drawer (looks like two smaller drawers) and a “hidden” drawer with a plain walnut front.
The walnut has aged to a glorious tone which the chrome knobs set off nicely. It’s elegant minimalism is heightened by the tapered legs its sits upon. In addition to serving as a sideboard, this cabinet could easily be a dresser or a storage piece in a home office. American built, its old school craftsmanship does not compare to anything made recently.
