Here’s a pair of remarkable vintage sideboards with lots of style and great details. Each sideboard is two piece, with a glass front top and a bottom featuring ample closed storage. The pair are a mirror image of each other and could be used at either end of a room or pushed next to each other to make one large credenza.
The front of each bottom is divided into two sections. There is a door with a raised diamond design, reminiscent of Vladimir Kagan. Next to the diamond is a double tambour door. Each of these doors opens to a space with an adjustable shelf providing lots of storage. Above, the glass cabinet, 12″ deep, has two sliding doors and three shelves where you can show off your most beautiful glass and barware or a favorite collection.
To add to the versatility of these pieces, the tops and the bottoms could be separated and used around your home for various types of storage. The walnut in these pieces is gorgeous – very warm in color with beautiful graining. All in all, wonderful pieces that will solve many of your storage needs.
