By Japanese artist Yoshitoshi Mori, who specialized in kappazuri stencil prints. He also produced stencil-dyed textiles and other textile arts as a member of the mingei folk craft movement of the 20s and 30s. His influence is seen in later mid century Japanese artists such as Hiromitsu Takahashi. This image is of a Geisha holding a hair comb.
