On this refined sideboard, a tambour door flanks a central bank of five large drawers. The tambouring is some of the finest we’ve seen; the slats are barely visible and the wood graining has been carefully placed to become a design feature on the front. Oval inset pulls on each of the drawers are the only other adornment on this lovely piece.
Manufactured by Falster (with its design attributed to Arne Vodder) of high quality & craftsmanship. This sideboard has aged to a deep, rich dark patina. What more could you want from a functional and beautiful piece of furniture?
